(1) Late Mr. A.K. Hangal (Born: 1st February, 1917 at Sialkot, Died: 26th August, 2012 at Mumbai) – Avtar Kishan Hangal was an Indian freedom fighter and actor. His most notable roles are as Ram Shastri in Aaina (1977), as the Inder Sen in Shaukeen, as Bipinlal Pandey in Namak Haraam, as Imaam Saa’b in Sholay, as Anokhelal in Manzil and the antagonist in Prem Bandhan and the 16 films he did with Rajesh Khanna. His pivotal roles in the films such as Chetan Anand’s Heer Raanjha, Namak Haraam, Shaukeen (1981), Sholay, Aaina (1977), Avtaar, Arjun, Aandhi, Tapasya, Kora Kagaz, Bawarchi, Chhupa Rustam, Chitchor, Balika Badhu, Guddi and Naram Garam are considered to be among his best. He, as a character actor was part of 16 films with Rajesh Khanna as the lead hero, like Aap Ki Kasam, Amar Deep, Naukri, Prem Bandhan, Thodisi Bewafaii, Phir Wohi Raat, Kudrat, Aaj Ka M.L.A. Ram Avtar, Bewafai until Sautela Bhai in 1996. His best performances in his later years was in Shararat (2002) his character roles in Tere Mere Sapne (1997) and Lagaan (2001). He has acted in around 225 Hindi films in a career spanning from 1966 to 2005.
(2) Mr. Brahmanandam – (Born: 1st February, 1956 at Sattenapalle, Andhra Pradesh) – Kanneganti Brahmanandam, known mononymously as Brahmanandam, is an Indian actor, comedian, impersonator, and voice actor known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema. He is particularly known for his comic performances. He holds the Guinness World Record for the most screen credits for a living actor, appearing in over 1000 films to date. He was awarded an honorary doctorate by Acharya Nagarjuna University. Regarded as one of the finest and highest-paid comic actors of India, he was honoured with the Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian award in India, for his contribution to Film Art. After completing his Master of Arts degree, Brahmanandam worked as a Telugu lecturer in Attili of West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh. Simultaneously, he also worked in theatre and as a mimicry artist. He made his television debut in 1985 with DD Telugu’s Pakapakalu which received appreciation from the audience. After watching his performance in the show, director Jandhyala cast him in the film Aha Naa Pellanta! (1987), which became his breakthrough role. In a career spanning over 35 years, he has received six Nandi Awards, two Filmfare Award South, and six CineMAA Awards.
(3) Mr. Jackie Shroff – (Born: 1st February, 1957 in Udgir, Latur, Maharashtra) – Jaikishan Kakubhai Shroff, known by his screen name Jackie Shroff, is an Indian actor and former model from Mumbai, Maharashtra, who primarily works in the Hindi film industry. In a career spanning over four decades, he has appeared in 250 films in 13 languages. He has received several accolades including four Filmfare Awards. Shroff established himself as one of the leading actors of Indian cinema in the 1980s and the 1990s. After an uncredited small appearance in Swami Dada (1982), Shroff made his lead debut with Subhash Ghai’s blockbuster actioner Hero (1983), which made him an overnight star. He went onto establish himself as an actor with hit films, almost every year in 1980s and 90s and went to win the Filmfare Award for Best Actor for Parinda. His other critical and commercial successes, include Tridev (1989), Baap Numbri Beta Dus Numbri (1990), Angaar (1992), Khalnayak (1993), Rangeela (1995), Agni Sakshi (1996), Border (1997) and Bandhan (1998). (4) Mr. Manoj Tiwari (Born: 1st February 1971 in Kaimur, Bihar) -is an Indian politician, singer and actor serving as a Member of Parliament from North East Delhi. He contested the 2009 general election as a Samajwadi Party candidate from Gorakhpur Lok Sabha but lost to Yogi Adityanath. Again, he contested 2014 Indian general elections as a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate and won. He was appointed as Delhi BJP president in 2016. He was the head of the BJP organisation in Delhi when the party recorded a record victory in 2017 MCD elections. He born in Kabir Chaura locality of Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh, Tiwari is one of the six children of Chandradev Tiwari and Lalita Devi. He is from Atarwalia, a small village in Kaimur district of Bihar. Manoj Tiwari completed his M.P.Ed. degree from Banaras Hindu University.
(5) Mr. Ajay Jadeja (Born: 1st February 1971 at Jamnagar, Gujarat) – He is an Indian former professional cricketer. He was a regular member of the Indian cricket team in the One Day International (ODI) format between 1992 and 2000. He played fifteen Test matches and 196 ODIs for India. He also occasionally captained the India national cricket team. He was part of the Indian squad which won the 1995 Asia Cup. Presently, Jadeja is working with the Afghanistan cricket team as the team mentor. After he quit playing cricket, he worked as coach of the Delhi cricket team around 2015. In the 2000s he acted in few Bollywood movies, appeared as contestant in dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and worked as pundit for SET Max, AajTak, NDTV India etc. various times.
