(1) Mr. Anupam Kher (Born on 7th March 1955 at Shimla) – He is an Indian actor and the former Chairman of Film and Television Institute of India. He was educated at D. A. V. School in Simla. He studied economics at Government College, Sanjauli in Shimla, but dropped out to study Indian theatre at Panjab University, Chandigarh. He has appeared in over 500 films predominantly in the Hindi language, and many plays. He is a recipient of two National Film Awards and eight Filmfare Awards. He won the Filmfare Award for Best Actor for his performance in Saaransh (1984). Besides working in Hindi films, he has also appeared in international films such as the Golden Globe nominated Bend It Like Beckham (2002), Ang Lee’s Golden Lion–winning Lust, Caution (2007), David O. Russell’s Oscar-winning Silver Linings Playbook (2012) and Anthony Maras’ Hotel Mumbai (2019). He received a BAFTA nomination for his supporting role in the British television sitcom The Boy With The Topknot (2018).

Mrs. Sadhana Sargam (Born on 7th March 1973) – She is an Indian singer known for her prolific playback career in Indian cinema predominantly in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Assamese and Odia films. Sargam was born to a family of musicians at Dabhol, the seaport town in Ratnagiri District of Maharashtra. Sargam ’s first released film was Subhash Ghai’s Vidhaata (1982) in which she sang the song “Saat Saheliyan“. She is a recipient of the National Film Award and Filmfare Awards South. She has also won five Maharashtra State Film Awards, four Gujarat State Film Awards, and one Orissa State Film Award.She got immense popularity after her song ‘Saat Samundar Paar‘ in the film Vishwatma. Beginning her career in the early 1980s, Sargam has sung 15,000 film and non-film songs in 36 Indian languages.
