Fat is dangerous for human body. Our body is made for work out. But due to easy life style, new technology, fast food 55% people get unwanted fat. These fats are causes heart attack, diabetes, blood pressure, joint pain and hundreds of another diseases . You can reduce fats by heavy work out. But many person have not time for heavy work out or exercise due to busy life schedule. They can take help of Indian Foods which are very helpful for weight loss.
Here is list of Indian Diets which are very useful to loss your weight without hard workout or exercise.
(1.) Two full glass of water with lemon – When you wake up in morning take two glass of water and mix juice of one lemon in it. Drink it before toilet.
(2.) Tea – If you are habituated for tea before toilet then take sugar less then one spoon in your tea .
(3) Never take breakfast before 1 hour after toilet.
(4) In Breakfast – Take light breakfast without oil, cream, butter, omelet, packed bread, chocolate, coke, Fruit Juice and sugar. Here is list of light breakfast which are recommended for loose the weight – Papaya, Jambu Fruit, Guava, Carrot, Radish, Green Apple, fried bitten rice without oil, sprout grams, simple home made flour bread without ghee or oil.
Avoid in Breakfast – Sweets, Juice, Eggs, Creamy Milk, Sugar, Ghee, Oil, ripe fruit, mutton, bear and smoking.
(5) In Lunch – Take lunch when you feel hunger only. Here is list of things which is recommended for lunch for dieting – 4-5 simple home made flour bread without ghee or oil, pulse , salads of gherkin, Carrot, Radish, tomato and onion. Don’t use any cooked vegetables.
Avoid in Lunch – Sweets, Rice, non- veg, Potato, oil, ghee, cooked vegetables, Creamy Milk, Sugar.
(6) In Dinner – Take dinner after 10 p.m. daily . Here is list of things which is recommended for dinner for dieting – 4-5 simple home made flour bread without ghee or oil, one cooked vegetable in little oil. 150 ml. without cream milk .
Avoid in Dinner – Sweets, Rice, non- veg, Potato, oil, ghee, Creamy Milk, Sugar bear and smoking.
