(1) Satyendra Nath Bose (DOB- 1st January, 1894 in Kolkata, Died on 4th February 1974) – Satyendra Nath Bose was an Indian physicist specialising in theoretical physics. He is best known for his work on quantum mechanics in the early 1920s, providing the foundation for Bose–Einstein statistics and the theory of the Bose–Einstein condensate. A Fellow of the Royal Society, he was awarded India’s second highest civilian award, the Padma Vibhushan in 1954 by the Government of India. The class of particles that obey Bose–Einstein statistics, bosons, was named after Bose by Paul Dirac. Bosons, a class of elementary subatomic particles in particle physics were named after Satyendra Nath Bose to commemorate his contributions to science.
(2) Mr. Govardhan Asrani alias Asrani (Born: 1st January 1941 at Sindh) – Asrani, is an Indian actor and director whose Bollywood career has spanned five decades. He Started his career as a voice artist at All India Radio, Jaipur, to pay for his education. In 1964 Asrani joined the Film Institute in Pune (now Film and Television Institute of India, Pune) and finished his course in 1966. He got his first break in Hindi film ‘Hare Kaanch Ki Choodiyan‘ in 1967. After do acting of supporting actor in the film Satyakam (1969) and film ‘Mere Apne‘ (1971), he started getting more offers as the main comedian in films or as the close friend of the lead actor. He has acted in over 350 Hindi films. He also directed six films between 1974 and 1997. (3) Mr. Nana Patekar (Born: 1st January 1951 at Murud-Janjira, Raigad District, Maharashtra) – Nana Patekar is an Indian film actor and writer, philanthropist and filmmaker, mainly working in Hindi and Marathi cinema.
He debuted in Bollywood with the film ‘Gaman’ (1978). His hit movies are – Aaj Ki Awaz (1984), Ankush (1986), Pratighaat (1987), Mohre (1987), Awam (1987), Trishagni (1988), Salaam Bombay! Vidya aspired to a career in film from a young age of 16 and had her first acting role in the Ekta Kapoor’s daily soap ‘Hum Paanch’ in 1995.
