The director of movie “Deva” is Rosshan Andrrews. Rosshan Andrrews (born 6 January 1975) is an Indian film director who mainly works in Malayalam cinema. Rosshan Andrrews directed the Malayalam film ‘Mumbai Police‘ in 2013. The current film ‘Deva‘ is a remake of the same film ‘Mumbai Police‘.
This film has been produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur and Umesh KR Bansal.
This is the first release of actor Shahid Kapoor in 2025. Prior to this, he acted in the film ‘Teri Baton Mein Aisa Uljh Jiya‘ in 2024. This is Shahid Kapoor’s first film with actress Pooja Hegde.
The budget of this film is close to Rs 100 crore. It is reported that Shahid Kapoor has charged Rs 20 crore for this film.
Review – This film is a masala action film. A good trend was seen among the youth towards this film. If you like action movies then you can watch this movie. The action scenes of the film are good, although the film is a bit long, but it does not let the audience get bored.
OTT Release – The film ‘Deva’ will be released on Netflix in April. Netflix has bought the digital rights of this film ‘Deva’ for Rs 30 crore.
Box Office Collection – On the first day, this film opened with Rs 25 crore on worldwide box office, which is considered quite good according to the budget of this film. There is no big Hindi film releasing for the next 2 weeks, so it can be expected that the film ‘Deva’ will make a worldwide collection of more than Rs 150 crores at the box office.
